It stands as a necessary and viable solution for reducing the rising impacts of climate change and the use of fossil resources. With this structure we show the possibilities, and above all the wonderful beauty, of biobased construction. The pavilion is unique in the way in which a large number of biobased materials, such as wood, hemp, mycelium, cattail and cotton, come together to form an extraordinary creation.

The construction of Kunskapshuset is an important part of the extensive social transformation in Gällivare as two communities will become one due to mining activities. In close collaboration with the municipality's representatives and school representatives, solutions on how the new Kunskapshuset and the entire block can be designed into an economically, ecologically, and socially sustainable, functional, and architecturally attractive whole was developed.

The Wadden Sea Centre is contextual architecture under demanding conditions. It interprets traditional building techniques and conveys the importance of protecting one of the world's largest tidal areas. The building arises from a landscape characterized by endless horizontal lines, secluded farmhouses, and a relentless Western wind. In form and materiality, the Wadden Sea Centre is both a continuation and an interpretation of the place and the traditional thatched houses connected to the area.

The BUGA Wood Pavilion celebrates a new approach to digital timber construction. The stunning wooden roof spans 30 meters over a public event area, using a minimum amount of material while also generating a unique architectural space. The pavilion was developed by a interdisciplinary team of architects, engineers, scientists, craft and public stakeholders. Due to its innovative building system it can be fully reassembled at a new location and completely recycled at the structures end-of-life.

This resulted in 70 percent less climate impact than a comparable project. Even though the design is based on the goal of achieving the lowest possible climate impact, the architectural height of the work has not given way.

This specific example shows the first Blade Made project by Superuse, a playground in Rotterdam. By reusing the carbon emissions are reduced up to 90% compared to a standard playground. The striking aesthetic of Blade Made playgrounds stimulates the imagination of children and facilitates social interaction.

In 2017, the city of Freiburg saw the completion of a new ecologically sustainable home for the previously dispersed city administration. The world’s first net-surplus-energy energy building is more than just an administration hub. The new ensemble is integrated in the green space between Eschholz Park and the University Hospital with his main entrance vis-à-vis the existing building. The newly created the square opens up of at Fehrenbachallee thus creating an additional attractive public space.
