    APROP is an affordable, sustainable, fast and high-quality housing programme providing evicted households with emergency accommodation in their own neighbourhood. A lightweight, dry, modular and reversible construction system using reused shipping containers has been specially conceived to achieve high rates of energy efficiency and excellent architectural standards. The first APROP is already in operation in Ciutat Vella, Barcelona while two other buildings are currently under construction.

    We transformed a communist type school building whilst creating a “manual” for hundreds of similar schools in our region. Transformation is both ideological and physical. Architecture is based on the concept multiplication, communication with all the communities involved, uncovering the old and honest, recycling & upcycling combined with new technologies, arts & crafts shared with young generation, economy, phasing and respect to the values of the 21.st century education.     Spatium: The habitat 76 head offices and the Social Housing Greenhouse for quality of life at work

    Habitat 76 employees have recently moved into a new head office, a sort of “bubble” in the city which offers exemplary quality of life at work. It was designed with employee input while promoting collaborative innovation and respecting social housing values. The spaces have exceptional lighting and a view of the city, alternating between coworking spaces and spaces for individual reflection. Environmentally friendly, the building complies with PassivHaus label requierements.

    With its location in the heart of Stockholm, next to Sergels Torg and the Culture House, the S-Building from the building complex Sergelhuset has one of Sweden's most exposed facades. The framework is preserved and the new stone facade mainly consists of recycled granite from the original building. A design approach that maintains a high architectural level, looks back to history but above all protects our resources from a sustainability perspective.

    We can cool down our cities with a paint that reflects sunlight –The Coolest White, an ultra-durable coating system that protects the built environment from excessive solar radiation, will help us do it. This fluoropolymer-based paint has a high total solar reflectance and is weather- and abrasion-resistant as well as having exceptional colour and gloss retention. The Coolest White is our solution to the Urban Heat Island Effect working to reduce the temperature inside and outside of buildings.

The object re-actives those underused locations by providing a stage for events, and a place to hang out, or rest.  Additionally, the new intervention generates a sense of care and belonging to the space, hopefully leading to daily cleaning and improved security on the location.

    Sara Culture Centre houses 6 theatre stages, the city library, two art galleries and a 200-room hotel with conference centre, restaurants and spa. Combining timber tradition with modern technology and the local cultural heritage, the 20 storey project is realized with a structure entirely made of timber. Placed at the centre of town, the building opens up to become more than just a culture center, a new living room for the inhabitants of Skellefteå and a showcase for sustainable design.
