it is a modular house that can be transported. the house can be modulated in 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 parts and can be expanded. being mobile the land can be rented so the price is very low. if you change places you can take the house with you. it is flexible because it can be expanded and it can be transported. built with wood already class engetica A, with solar panels is of positive energy housing.

they are transportable homes with modules that can be added to adapt to the needs of each one and adaptable over time. as it is mobile you can rent the land and it is much cheaper and for less than 60,000euros you can have a house with garden and if you change the city you can take it to another free lot. this with natural materials such as wood and recycled materials such as façade finish with fabric.

it is built with wood and renewable materials with thermal insulation of wood and sheep's wool of 20cm thick this allows to consume very little energy, double glasses under emissives and orientation to sud to have good bioclimatic behavior. with photovoltaic panels it can be positive energy, it generates more than it consumes.

when designing a transportable home we develop lightweight materials such as wood and exterior finishes of recycled colored fabrics that give it a different aesthetic to conventional homes
