The New European Bauhaus prize ceremony will take place in the old industrial building of Art Nouveau style "Les Ateliers des Tanneurs" (former Wine Palace).

This building was restored in 2005 with the support of the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Brussels intitiave towards urban revitalisation and reconversion of old industrial sites.

Located in a district earmarked as priority for social inclusion, economic development and active citizenship, L’Atelier des Tanneurs has become a business center of some 6,000 m², now hosting green and inclusive activities such as:  a market  for local organic products, support to SMEs, facilities for exchange and cultural events and a restaurant at midday.
